Our return policy is for in store or online credit only and a code to shop will be sent at the time the return is processed and complete.

Items are eligible for return if:

Items are unworn, unwashed & have the original tags attached.

Items are returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

ALL sale, accessories, intimates and or bodysuits are final sale and NOT eligible for any type of return.

Return shipping charges are not covered by Lula Balou.  We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit to us. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 3/5 business days.
