How To Send In Your Return
We hope you love your purchase! But if not, feel free to send it back to us! Our return policy is for store credit only and all returns must be made within 14 days.
Items are eligible for return if:
- All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
- Items are received within 14 days from the original purchase date. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return
- All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
- Due to health reasons, all NuBra Purchases are FINAL SALE. Also, ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE. ALL swim and bodysuits and or intimates are FINAL SALE. ALL sunglasses and accessories are FINAL SALE.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, DO NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please email your order information to firstname.lastname@example.org. All claims must be made within 14 days of purchase date. We will ship the correct item ASAP and will issue a refund for the cost of shipping.
To return an item by mail, please fill out our Return Policy and Form that was included with your order, attach the bottom portion to the outside of your box and mail to:

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. Your online order must be returned through the mail and NOT dropped off to the store/s. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days, at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping times may differ according to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or holidays.
Next Day orders must be placed by 11am EST. Shipping is a $7.95 flat rate within the USA and $19.95 for USPS priority mail.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via e-mail at email@example.com
We ship with USPS International Express ($30USD). This usually takes about 4-6 days. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US postal service. Custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
